Sit with that for a moment…. What does that it say to you?
Maybe you’re the kind of person who looks for systems to solve the weight loss problem.
Maybe you started a trending regime and the weight is flying off. You’re spending your days eating carrot sticks and salads, but when it comes to the evening, you can happily drink 4 glasses of wine, eat half a cake, only and still be within your calorie limits for the day.
The goal is weight loss and you MIGHT even achieve it. You SHOULD be feeling like you’re on top of the world… But So why do you feel so bad?
Just because you’ve changed your food and fitness doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve changed other areas of your life.
Your figure has changed – the outer part – but poor health behaviors – the inner part – are not addressed.
So let’s address them.

Alone means you see men and women sprawled across Facebook, Instagram, and magazine covers, and assume that that smoking hot body has happened on it’s own, and has all of the confidence and self assurance that comes along with looking like that.
But here's the truth- Those people you see? All of these people do not make changes on their own. They have an army of support (trainers, nutritionists, therapists, agents). Their improvement doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
They certainly don’t follow a cookie-cutter formula to get the bodies they have.
And neither should you.
