By assuming we CAN'T reach our health goals because of past failures - when really we just don't know how.
I'm telling you... You HAVE the power to make healthy choices. You HAVE the power to build the career, life, and body that you want. You work hard in all areas of your life. Shouldn't your body get some time now?!?!?
