Sit with that for a moment…. What does that say to you?
We love our pets. Feeding a pet is easy, buy one thing and they eat that twice a day, every day. Treats are small. Exercise is not only a necessity but assumed.
Now think about the way we feed ourselves...
No time to grocery shop. Options that don’t make us feel good or don’t fuel our bodies. In fact, you probably make choices that make you feel BAD over and over.
So here’s a big question Do You Love Yourself?
If so, are you ready to PROVE IT?
Don’t we deserve the care we show those we love? Don’t we at least deserve the care we show our pets?
I’m not saying we don’t try. We seek out systems to take care of ourselves and our bodies.
But the majority of what is marketed to us is about changing the number on the scale as fast as possible, without sustainable, individualized practices to take care of our unique and personal needs.
Which means you get disappointed and give up over and over. Which means you feel like you’re failing. What are these systems missing?
Just because you’ve changed your food and fitness doesn’t necessarily mean you’re nourishing your whole self.
Perhaps you feel GUILT about perceived failures? Perhaps you feel FRUSTRATION about lack of motivation? Perhaps you’ve been CHASING THE "MAGIC PILL" that will make you skinnier, sexier, faster, stronger, the more perfect version of you… and you haven’t found it yet?
What you want is SELF-RELIANCE. What you want is to learn how to LISTEN to your body. Let your BODY guide your decisions which allows you to rely on something that will NEVER fail you. That you’ll NEVER lose. That is innate, free, and always knows the best answer.

But here's the truth- Those people you see? All of these people do not make changes on their own. They have an entire team of support (trainers, nutritionists, therapists, agents). They don't make changes in a vacuum.
