We probably have a lot in common - you’re a multipassionate woman who has MANY interests. There’s lots of things you can do throughout the day that give you a feeling of accomplishment and productivity.

But, I bet you’re ALSO like me in that you’re also a MASTER at avoiding certain tasks that just don’t give you those “funsies tingles” (even if they bring you closer to your goals).

I ALWAYS have something else I can be doing that feels honest-to-god productive even if it’s not the thing that will take me closer to my goals

Whether you’re a business owner just starting out and overwhelmed by all there is to do, a creative who knows you’ve just gotta keep trucking along, or both (like me), I know this one thing to be true…

It can be HARD to get your shit done ALONE!

Add in limited coffee dates with friends due to a pandemic and you’ve got a date with productivity disaster.

The things you NEED to do REGULARLY in your career is NOT always the fun stuff.

☆ Gotta post about that new biz venture? (PERFECTIONISM TRIGGER!!) “Oh my, but there’s so much laundry to fold!”

☆ Paperwork? (BORED NOW!!) “Hmmm how did the kitchen get so cluttered…”

☆ Updating your Etsy Shop? (INTERNAL “I’M NOT ENOUGH” ALARM!!) “Well I can’t do that until my logo for my shop is juuuuuuuuuuuuuuuust right!”

☆ Carving out time for professional development like courses or practice? (THIS ISN’T MAKING ME DIRECT INCOME!) “I think I’ll dethaw and cook that extra Thanksgiving turkey I bought!” {Literal example from my life…}

☆ Doing a brain dump and mapping out steps that don’t have a clear product at the end but that really have an impact at the end of the day because you can start picking things apart one at a time? (WTF AM I DOING WITH MY LIFE?!) “I’ll just meditate and see if my chakras can chase these thoughts away…”

Yea, you can also fold the laundry, clean the kitchen, and cook the Thanksgiving dinner in July, but if you don’t the thing you’re avoiding now, you’re just kidding yourself into FEELING productive without actually BEING productive. I call this “chorecrastinating”.

But that’s ok! I was there too. I feel you.

This is where the Confident Creatives Coworking Group comes in!

CCCG is a women’s virtual co-working container for those who were much more successful if you did your homework with a friend after school, even if it wasn't for the same class. It’s also a space for quickie coaching while doing those things that feel hard, you tend to avoid, or that you just feel you'd like some support around where you know you’re with a community who intentionally are showing up to work on their own hard things as well.

How It Works

We join together Wednesdays from 6-8pm or Fridays from 9-11am on Zoom.

I’ll lead us through intros and stating intentions/what we want to get done, a candle lighting for coming into focus, as well as some other centering and focusing activities.

Next up is work time! This is a period of 60-90 minutes where you get to focus on your personal To Dos - without distractions from the outside world and in community with other women who are doing the exact same thing. The text chat is open for anyone who needs feedback or support from other members AND I’m available the whole time via video for anyone who needs a quickie coaching sesh.

At the end, we circle back up, celebrate what we’ve accomplished for the week, and move forward knowing some of those less snazzy tasks are completed and leaving our minds free to focus on the heart and soul of your biz/career.
